Great Drs but not the reception side, seems to be going down hill rapidly. Used to be superb but in the past 6 months problems are occurring. Rude and surly, especially the young blonde girl, you're not that important and basic manners cost nothing. I hope they've not employed anyone from Waterbeach surgery!

Appalling reception team. Virtually Impossible to get through via phone, online booking doesn't work. When you do finally get through after 3 months of trying receptionist will not book you in until you reveal to them your private, personal & confidential reasons for seeing the GP #brokenbritain

Reception used to be rude and unhelpful but they seem to have changed now. New practice manager clearly doing a good job. Dr H was rude and unhelpful to my consultant. His lack of treatment nearly ended with me having a permanent disability.

Timing wise they were efficient as my appointment was at 11:00 and it started bang on 11:00. Other than that it was awful. I'm hard of hearing a nd really struggle to hear when people wear a mask as I rely heavily on lip reading. She refused to remove or lower when speaking despite me wearing mine ...and seemed offended when I asked if she could. She then preceeded to be incredibly condensing when talking about my condition and refusing to offer any solution or help to the issue.. which us why the follow up appointment was booked in the first place. All she did was book for a further x -Ray without looking at the issue. Which had been decided before I turned up... this could have been done over the phone or booked when I initially called for a follow up... instead I'm waiting a further 2-4 weeks before treatment or help. Complete shambles and incredibly rude, no consideration for my hearing impairment at all, where other doctors/ GPS havw been very understanding and helpful. I get that they're stressed and ovweworked... but this appointment wasn't even necessary! A waste of both our time.
