Appalling service since the previous owner unfortunately retired! Shockingly rude staff, treatments conducted by those with limited and less than acceptable standard qualifications! Many have left like us and now wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Good luck to anyone who remains! Edit: Further to your reply and having spoken to the office Manager (who was the only decent and professional person involved) it was agreed that your surgery and staff would indeed make several urgent changes to avoid such horrendous incidents in the future which in itself confirms the horrific experiences our family endured! Furthermore the only people who needed a “Zero Tolerance” policy for protection was our family including our children from your extremely rude, racist, aggressive and threatening staff!
