They promised to get back to me with choices on a wheelchair, in terms of colour and accessories that I was willing to pay extra for ....Never happened and I was told to come and collect my black chair with solid slick tyres! I bought pneumatic tyres plus the wheels to accommodate them elsewhere. I have scissor gait and asked what could be done or adjusted. The reply was simply “ don’t know, never seen that”! So I made my own adjustments and bought a strap to hold my feet back. Very poor service
