I went into the walking in centre due to a bad eye infection, I was seen by two lovely girls at reception, only waited for 5-10 mins. Dr Bimaljeet Kalsy was amazing, had a great sense of humour. She put a big smile on my face. What a great lady!

Thank you NHS for being there for a mostly ungrateful public. This service is free at the point of use, under incredible strain and we should all remember that!

Had to wait a few hours but my daughter was seen by all who needed to see her and was even sent to see a specialist which she badly needed. They were very polite and very helpful. It was my first time in a hospital here and I loved the service

Extremely long wait 5 hours on uncomfortable plastic chairs. Not really walk in centre fault ad was weekend and GP surgery's are closed so everyone goes there.

The reception staff where really friendly. I was only waiting just over an hour. The doctor I saw listened and was helpful. I was really surprised how easy the service was to use. The online 111 form was easy to use and I got a call within 30 mins to go to the walk in.
