BORING!! Weren't allowed to go fast so had to go slow :( there was no zoo thank you, please add a zoo, or at least a hamster wheel. Something for my little boyfriend to do while I watch the coaches. Oh I do like to watch them go fast but they weren't ALLOWED! go go go!!!

Just went through the worst experience using thos company, on Milton Keynes Coachways, they act like a gang, little regards for customers, the driver of the coach went ballistic for just asking him a question why the USB chargers didn't work. His answer, this coach is to go from A to B, not to charge your phone, apparently the chargers are for decoration not to use, and he even got the chick to invite me to leave the coach, declining to carry on the service, no just affecting me but all the other passengers, disgusting custer service 🤮

I used to be the manager at the original, temporary and the new coachway.i was working at the new one when the glass roof collapsed. We used to do pa announcements when the coaches arrived but we were told to stop them as we were disturbing the neighbours. What a farce fancy building houses near a coach station
