Friendly staff, lovely building and great service ** Edit - purchased my second Audi and recently had a throttle valve fail (11/2018). its mechanical, these things happen. what i would say is MK Audi provided an amazing service and took the stress and hassle out of getting it in for repair. I would like to make particular reference to Roger who went above and beyond in minimising the impact on my day to day activities, he provided taxi's to and from the garage and the work was carried out swiftly under the warranty with no fuss. His manner and approach were 1st class. upgraded to 5 stars! **edit 22/05/23 On my third car and the guys, as always, have been great. Customer service is second to none

I recently visited Milton Keynes Audi and received excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived the staff were very friendly and approachable. I was introduced to Jack Faulkner who was so professional and polite. He listened to my preferences then showed me a few cars which matched perfectly. I felt no pressure from Jack and nothing felt like too much trouble. I was initially only going to take a look but I was so impressed with Jack, the warranty offer and the car I test drove that after some thought I returned to purchase the car that day. Jack made something that I found very daunting feel so easy and straightforward. Three days later my car was ready, Jack even stayed late so I could collect the car after work. He dealt with all the paperwork so I had no stress at all. Then to my surprise my car was presented to me with a big bow, it was immaculate inside as if it was brand new! Since having the car any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly. I returned to the dealership today and again received excellent customer service from all staff. Jack even came over and checked everything was okay and I felt reassured that should I have a problem it would be dealt with. I can highly recommend Milton Keynes Audi.
