Ordered items on 26th march, email on 27th advising delivery on 28th(today). Was in Southampton with family and wouldn't be back in time. Quick phonecall in the morning, delivery now 29th when I'm back. MGP are happy to make customers enjoy the experience. Quality items and prices. Have ordered many times and will continue to do so. Absolute worst company to deal with. Bought fence panels, along with other things from them a few weeks back. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the panels, as non of them were straight. I informed them of this, I sent two lots of pictures as requested and heard nothing since. Went to place an order tonight for more posts and gravel boards (which I was happy with) only to find out they have blacklisted me and won’t deliver to my address!! If this is how they deal with customers complaints I will take my custom to people who know how to treat their customers. On a side note, I found their delivery driver very rude and unhelpful. But I could of put up with that.
