Julianne was so kind to me when I collected my beloved cat Cosmo's ashes from Millwood at the start of August. I lost him just over a month ago to renal failure and miss him so much. Not everyone understands what it's like to lose a beloved pet. Julianne gets it as a pet owner herself. She was so empathetic, sweet and kind to me and I won't forget that. A huge thank you to Julie-Anne for the compassion shown to Lynn and myself following the death of our dearly loved cat Ollie, who was tragically killed by a car at the back of our house and witnessed. The facility for bringing Ollie to was magnificent with a bed on which we could place Ollie, with the walls decorated with photos of pet cats and dogs, whilst soft music played in the background. The compassion oozes out of Julie-Anne naturally, something which is appreciated when mourning your beloved pet. We received Ollies ashes in a lovely engraved casket, with his photo on the front of it. Thank you Julie-Anne ❤️

Julie-Ann is honestly such an angel, I wish I had the words to describe how fantastic she is. She has taken care of two of my rats so far and as been so kind and comforting during both of these losses. While most people would recoil at the idea of pet rats, Julie-Ann was so keen to hear about my girls, their individual personalities and how much they meant to me. Julie-Ann helped me pick out an urn and was more than happy to fulfill my wishes of having both my girls in the same urn. The cabin she has for you to say goodbye to your pet is so peaceful and home-ly, and her gorgeous Collie even came to pay her respects the first time I visited Millwood! I sincerely can't thank you enough for your work, Julie-Ann 💜

Our family cat Ginger sadly passed away and Julieanne was so helpful. We decided on the contented cat urn and we also got a paw print and piece of his hair. The whole service was beautiful and when I came to get Ginger, he was resting in luxury. Julieanne I can't thank you enough.
