I worked at millvina for just under a year, majority of staff were lovely, all the residents were lovely to work for however the way some of the staff(including managers) speak to you is awful. Never have I ever heard/saw a manager talk down or discipline an employee in front of a resident, especially someone who has complex needs and is confused about why there is someone shouting in their bedroom. I'm sure the family wouldnt be impressed with their mum/family member being put in this situation. . . Oh and to add I had a family member pass away and asked for time off and was completely refused and spoken down to by staff that had no idea what was going on about why I had time off before we lost them.
