Not happy, after calling in the morning like they told me to do, at 8:28 no one answer, tried 3 times, then at 8:30 they put me in a 10 of the queque, and when they answer they told me it is fully booked because Monde is busy day... Told to do again tomorrow at 8... Like I did today... So waste mone in the call for nothing, told me to go sleaford without any direction or phone number... No emergency with o problem that I had from Saturday and I was waiting for help and called this morning. Told to use the online website or app, but every time I try I had problem because they never fixed my login, and when I was trying to ask, they hang out.... I know work in is stressful, but that not a reason for this... Very disappointed and with a lot of pain...

Waiting to see a dr the other day , I was a very upset for a elderly gentleman that came in to speak to the receptionist about a personal delicate problem he had , he had to speak up because the glass at reception stops staff hearing properly , so everyone in the waiting room could hear clearly, At least one of them could of got up and pulled him to one side to talk to him . It is really unexceptionable to have to discuss personal matters like that where everyone can hear .

I have thought long and hard prior to posting this . My mother lives in the village and lost her fight with cancer this week . She and my step father were of the old fashioned era and when I asked if they had asked for a GP to visit I was always told that there was no one available but if she could get to the surgery they could see someone . She was immobile and weak and in pain . I couldn’t quite believe this and when I called the surgery to ask if the GP was going to Fast Track her care I was asked by the receptionist what did that mean !! She was told that it was the correct end of life care at home , disgusted that they didn’t know this . Prescriptions were given but my step father couldn’t get them from the local pharmacy , no follow up from the GP or surgery . My mothers end of life care was managed with a complete lack of dignity . I myself live 4 hrs away and have felt so frustrated by the lack of correspondence from this surgery I may be a grieving son but i am also a senior manager in a local authority who works closely with health and CQC who’s last rating was‘Outstanding’ I would urge this surgery to closely look at its community end of life care ….

Advised by Lincoln Covid Centre to ring my practice to see if there was any extra help/advice as I tested positive for Covid. I was told by a "NURSE PRACTITIONER " that there is "NO MAGIC WAND" for Covid. This is the second and final time that I have had dealings with this member of staff. If you want to speak to people rudely while they are suffering you are in the wrong job.

Absolutely terrible, i cannot book an appointment for elderly father, online or by ringing up, anytime would do... but no all appointment 8am same day in gp website!! (Which is never onlibe) Im disabled, my father very ill. Rang and the reception was terrible my father cannot use the Internet and im not here till the afternoon. receptionist help ..... she put the phone down !!!!!! Thank god ive now found a better doctors farewell mill view!!!
