I am not normally one for leaving reviews but on this occasion, I felt it a must. I've not had an eye check up for a long time due to a negative experience at a previous chain of opticians however felt I should get booked in after having a few eye problems. I came across Sightcare Opticians after reading positive reviews on Google so booked myself and my daughter in. On arrival, we were greeted by two lovely ladies on the desks who were very warm and friendly. The Optician himself was very thorough and explained everything he did and at no point did we feel rushed through like I had experienced at a different chain of opticians. I found out I had a slight need for glasses to read with and the lady who helped me choose a pair out of so many to choose from, did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend booking in at Sightcare if you are looking for a local, professional and friendly optician! Myself, my daughter and my husband will be using Sightcare in the future for our optician appointments. 😊

I recently had my first visit to Sightcare Opticians Willerby and at the end of the exam, I said to James that it was the best eye exam I’d ever had. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and uses the latest equipment, explaining every test in detail. He and staff are friendly, which put us at ease. We were very happy with our visit to Sightcare Willerby.

My eyes often present a challenge and recently there appeared to be a problem with my new prescription. I must have been back to the shop at least 10 times getting adjustments to the frames etc. Everybody in the shop was very courteous and helpful and and on review resolved my issues with the minimum of fuss (and no extra cost). They analysed the issue explaining everything at each stage making me feel comfortable and reassured. I have never had such a thorough and conscientious service and would recommend Sightcare.

I cannot recommend James, Fauzia, Sandra and all other staff members at Sight care Opticians Willerby highly enough! In my experience they always 'go above and beyond' to offer the most professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. They have supported me through having a cataract operation at a fairly young age, straightening out glasses I stood on, trialling contact lens to see if suitable and most recently removing a piece of contact lens that I had somehow got stuck at the back of my eye!! They have the most up to date equipment for taking pictures of the inside of the eye to diagnose potential eye and general health issues such as macular degeneration or diabetes, a wide range of stylish frames to choose from and give sound advice on eyecare problems such as 'dry eye' and eye strain. I will never go anywhere else as my eye health is so important to me.

I take my 91 year old mother here. The staff are very friendly and patient with her, repeating what they're doing if necessary when she can't hear. They are mindful of her needs. Very professional and understanding with a wide range of frames of all prices to choose from
