One of their employees came to my house and was so rude and vile I couldn’t believe it. Was so unprofessional, he parked on my drive and continued to hit his van door into my car every time he would go to his van. I asked him if he could please watch my car but he just smiled and ignored me. Was so smug. He then didn’t finish the job and made me feel completely disheartened and uncomfortable. If I could give this no stars I would. So gutted and now my garden look awful

Never responded to emails sent with regards to relaying of turf. Then went on record to say they never received anything, when email was sent 4th June 2020, to Millstone Customer Care, and verified it was sent by Outlook. Poor service, and didn't attempt to respond or even take the initiative and follow up after visiting. Now 14th July and still not a word!
