Prepaid two parcels, scanned QR code and sent one only to be told that the other parcel they could not print the label and the extremely rude woman behind the counter said come back tomorrow to send it… wasn’t an option for me and she walked off smirking with no desire to help me further. Made no sense as I’d already paid shipping online whilst the cashier was rude, inept and very unprofessional. No wonder Royal Mails finances are in the toilet when there’s people are your representatives

the lady that works here is so completely rude, after asking about how to post a parcel. I felt humiliated as she shouted at me how I could post something that big. I’m so embarrassed. I’ll never go here again. Absolutely shameful behaviour. Maybe a customer service course may be helpful for her Don’t use this shop, go somewhere friendly
