Absolute joke of a company made my parents wait 6 months for a sofa after saying 1 months on the day before delivering sofa someone van breaks down. Visited this store on a recommendation, it was WELL worth the journey. Beautiful shop to walk around and get inspiration. (Even gave us advice on where to eat locally as we were ravenous for lunch after the journey!) Customer service exceptional, they listened to what we wanted and gave us some great advice and thoughts. We placed an order for two settees and am already mulling over some side tables and other bits and pieces. It really was an exceptional store / experience. Can’t wait to take delivery of our new furniture and no doubt will be visiting again when we do other rooms. Thank you so much, you went above and beyond. Mr & Mrs D .

My wife and I visited today and bought a dining suite and chairs. Very pleased with our choice and how well we were treated by the extremely polite and patient 5 star Bee. ( Please dont keep calling me, Sir, though :) We were even given coffee and biscuits. We were also allowed to take home swatches to see them in our home to make sure they were what we wanted to match our decore. This was despite being new stock and could have been required by other customers. A very good price for the quality of the suite, and looking foward to having it delivered. Thanks to all the staff especially Bee

Visited Millhouse this weekend, to order a new sofa wasn’t sure on colours or fabrics, Adele,s customer service was amazing she spent lots of time with us helping us choose , nothing was too much trouble for her and so pleased with what she helped us put together. Visited the store twice recently. So lovely to walk around this unique building and store that is nothing like the usual cloned furniture supplier outlets. On both occasions the customer service was excellent. I placed my order and I have already had two phone calls (from Adele) with updates following a special request I placed regarding delivery. I'll be returning to make more purchases but I'd highly recommend anyone looking for any beautiful household items (furniture, artwork, mirrors plus so much more) pop along and take a look. You won't be disappointed.
