Pam is one of the most patronising sales people you will ever meet based on my experience the second time today .She will try to patronise you in a manner that makes you feel like you are literally at their mercy when it comes to buying. property . Maybe because I am Asian I have felt this sort of attitude and rude behaviour. I called this morning to look at the show homes as I initially thought they were priced high . But Pam , rather than being polite to a returning customer kept patronising me saying that the property I was interested in has been sold and there was a huge waiting list . I think some Asian people who are born and bred in this country need to learn true mannerisms from the English folks rather than looking down upon their own kind. A returning customer needs to be treated like a returning customer and not be patronised in such a way that we are at their mercy . Lisa the other sales person on the other hand seems very patient . So buyers, if you really want a decent experience , you know who to approach . Some people will judge you first and If you rub them the wrong way , they will come for you as if they own the place .poor poor customer experience. Houses are good though shame it had be this way .

The sales lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful, so 5 stars for her. The show house was nicely styled, unfortunately there were a few little things that had been rushed and could have been finished to a hire quality.
