Reception staff are SO rude, called up for an appointment at 8:30 on December 22nd and after describing my symptoms the lady said and I quote 'and you've left this for four days? I don't beleive that at all' and essentially insinuated I was exaggerating my symptoms to get seen quicker. Due to the ongoing NHS crisis with shortages, I have waited to try and treat myself before going to the doctor as a last resort so that I don't take appointments from others who need it. The doctors and nurses are great, got seen that day and diagnosed and treated, severely let down by the reception staff who made me feel like I was wasting their time or making it up and very much upset me when I am very poorly.

I left an online consultation after returning from a holiday quite poorly , I was added to the triage system a telephone call made by a very caring nurse and a prescription made . I was treated with great care and compassion really couldn’t ask for more . Excellent service thanks so much .

I recently had to phone the surgery to make an appointment to see a Doctor. The receptionist that answered the phone was both professional and polite. She ask relevant questions and said a triage person would call me back that day. Sure enough 3pm that day the triage person call. Again professional and caring attitude that made me feel comfortable. A Doctors appointment was made and I have been seen . Doctor Robinson or Robertson (sorry) listened and pitched the consultation just right for me. I would like to say a big thank you to all .

Rudest staff ever, they dont even care, when trying to discuss its a private matter they request you tell them about it and then repeated it aloud so everyone around them can hear! disgraceful place, i wanna leave but unfortunately with covid its hard to even get an opoint let alone a place open at any doctors thats barely decent

Frosty receptionists (bar Jo who is lovely) really put a downer on this surgery, very hard to get through to get an appointment and once through always a demeaning response. Surely in this day and age this type of customer service is outdated

I have been under the care of the Surgery for as long as I care to remember, and since the covid pandemic they really have gone above & Beyond from seeing me at home and been there on the other end of phone when I’ve had a bad day my big thanks goes to the receptionists Dr Sadie, and my two amazing nurses Katie and Laura. Again thank you for your support and your amazing hard work in these extremely difficult times.
