Poor customer service. Asked them to do a number plate and supplied them with the correct documents, ie a passport and VT 750 form. A week later they tell me they could not do them because the number is not showing on dvla website. I contacted dvla and they said the number does not have to appear on their website as long as you produce proof of ownership, that’s OK. This company has changed and not for the good
