Called and spoke to Danielle regarding a repair. Ever so rude. Asked to speak to a manger and she said she was the manager. Charging for parts upfront when asked if the parts ordered are not required would I get a refund. Danielle started getting awkward and argumentative. Don’t understand if you order a part and you don’t use or require a part you are entitled to a full refund. Unless you live in Danielle’s world and a refund is not possible and it’s just money in her pocket. Very unprofessional.

My old waste disposal unit motor burnt out. I bought a replacement then worried about who/how I was to get it fitted given it needs electrical connection and plumbing. Found this company via the Insinkertor website - the make of the new WD unit. Contacted Millers via their website. They came straight back to confirm they could undertake and supplied a price which was good value. I called them to confirm and they had someone round the same day! The engineer was skilled, polite and quick to install. Very impressed with this company.

Needed my boiling water tap repaired. Very fast service. Came next day to discover the problem. New unit was needed which had to be ordered. Return visit within a couple of days. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful on advice about filters. Emails confirming price and appointments details arrived promptly after phone conversations. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly, polite and professional. Will continue to use their services in the future and would have no qualms recommending them
