I had a wonderful experience today in the Millers Music showroom in Cambridge - Catherine was extremely helpful in helping me choose a piano. I went in unsure of exactly what I wanted, but with her expertise I have been able to purchase a wonderful piano. She showed me a wide range and demonstrated them for me, explaining the difference between them as well as giving me the opportunity to have a practice on them myself. The store offers excellent warranties, and even allowed a part exchange for an older digital piano which they have said will be donated to a local school. Couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you for your great service!

Had a very pleasant interaction with the sales person who demonstrated a keyboard which I decided to buy. I was told they were in stock and mine would be delivered in the next few days. Two weeks on and I still don’t have my keyboard or any indication when I will get it. Nobody answers the phone or responds to my messages. I could have bought the same keyboard online and had it delivered in 24 hours but decided to support a local retailer. That was my mistake. I shall not be using this shop again.
