Honestly I cannot speak of this team or recommend them highly enough. As a small family business which bases itself on its accessibility their care and support is paramount to us and our guests. Our regular engineer, Ben, knows this and will work with us to make sure equipment is safe and in working order as quickly as possible in order for it to be available for guests to use. Neil in the service department, is also fantastic. His wealth of knowledge in this area is fantastic and is always there to help us with any queries we have. He also manages to arrange engineer call outs as quickly as possible knowing how essential this equipment is to our guests. Thank you to all at Millercare for everything you do for us here at Brickhouse Cottages, we cannot thank you enough :)

Ben came to fit new tyres to my powerchair yesterday (5th July). He telephoned to say he would be about 20 minutes, arrived at the time expected and was very efficient in dealing with the removal of the old (bald!) tyres to replace them with ones that will be good for a few miles. Ben is always polite, leaving my chair clean and ensuring everything functions efficiently. He is a thoroughly good engineer and I know I can fully trust his work.
