I wanted to buy an adjustable bed. Denise in the shop was very helpful, allowing me to try out the bed on display and I was very impressed with it. It was delivered a few days later and Ian and Jordan were very proficient in assembling it and helping me understand how to operate it. I have had it for a few weeks now and I love it.....it's so comfortable to sleep on and I raise the backrest to read and watch TV. It is reassuring to know that Millercare have a service centre in case I need it in the future.

my partner ann quarmby has her mobility scooter with millercare for repair. since the first technician tried to find the problem/ i have paid £192 for a new console which was not needed. i have had 2 more visits since then. on the 3rd. occasion the tech. after a great deal of hard work, found the problem. the scooter was returned to millercare for the 2nd. time. various phone calls result in the same excuse regarding ordering being an issue. this whole problem has been going since approx.27th april 2022 when the first visit by a tech.Since the above was posted,the scooter was returned and the matter is now resolved on the 16th.june.
