The house we were purchasing was also with Miller Metcalfe and we had already received great customer service as a buyer. We weren’t disappointed. Karl’s expert knowledge of the area and a genuine list of interested buyers meant we sold quickly which (with a turn in the market) we would certainly not have managed with an online agent. Chloe supported the sale and purchase incredibly well and kept the whole chains solicitors with a tight deadline, overcoming a few unexpected hiccups. Money well spent!
