so i rang up Gary last week and they ask for details for where i live that i am not gonna say coz of personal reasons but anyway they ask for when i was free and what time is the best for me and the next day they came round and they was polite. before they left they said here is when is wrong and the parts i have to order for the boiler :)

He was here within 40 minutes and everything fixed in about 5 minutes - AND taught me how to fix it myself next time!
