Terrible service. They changed everything on my computer I couldn’t find my files. Even the guy who “fixed “ it , took about 15 min to find it and when I asked to show me where were my files, he refused to do it again. I can’t find my files and the computer is still worse.. too slow.

Left them an iPad to fix & after 3 weeks finally got it back & claimed to have fixed it. Paid £85 & took it home but it wouldn't charge. Left it with them for another 3 weeks but still not fixed. They refused to even partially refund their charges. Have reported to Trading Standards. If you must use them then make sure you are 100% happy with fix before paying.
