Inclusive Travel
On Wednesday, 4th January 2023 prebooked a taxi for 2am on Saturday 7th to go to the coach station in Birmingham. I was told taxi was all booked. Come Saturday at 2am, no taxi turned up, rang their office, they said no taxis available in my area at that time. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING and will not be using their service again.Almost missed my coach !!!!!!!!
