Took my computer in to remove a DVD that had stuck in the CD Drive. I agreed to pay the cost for removing the back based on a minimum one hour rate. Which they offered to do the same day. However within a few minutes of me leaving their office they managed to remove the disc without dismantling the PC and subsequently waived the fee. Great friendly service. Thank You Pete T (Oakham)
