Stayed here recently, receptionist was trying to force us to upgrade and when we refused. He threatened us that the room will be bad and we will go back to him to upgrade us. Consequently, he gave us a bad room to proof his point. Not everyone can afford an upgrade but we deserve a better treatment. I stayed here 6 months ago and the check in staff were much helpful. Now , communication and treatment is different.
