    I was doing steels delivery with my own HIAB lorry at the site where millennium cranes were lifting the beams with their crane out of the flatbed directly for the installation. While they were lifting one of the heaviest beams (~1,5t) the slinger didn’t balance it properly and it hit my HIAB bending the hydraulic pipe, leaving few marks and leading to one of the hydraulic telescopes malfunction (leak) they’ve also blown away my LED work-lamps. Together with the slinger, crane operator and site manager we’ve written the accident report and made the pictures of the damages. The next day I’ve taken it to their office based in Hyde Estate Rd where I was treated like sorry for my words piece of sh*t, the man who I was speaking to whom I’ve showed the accident report said it’s the slinger fault and I suppose to speak with him about getting the damages fixed after that he told me to go away and literally pushed me away thru the door of the office with his hands. Unacceptable and really disappointing for me as I’ve committed my last years of trading to developing my company where I do lifts as well and was really looking to solve the problem as it supposed to be solved with respect and politely. I’m still shocked what I’ve just experienced and definitely won’t leave it like that. I would recommend everyone who requires the crane for hire to use another company because the same accident can happened on your building site and then when you come to talk you’ll be pushed away with force and they’ll tell you to walk away.
