    Avoid at all costs. I accidentally booked this place on booking.com thinking it was book now pay later. I realised after I had finalised the booking that it was pay now but luckily for me I didn't have enough money on one of my bank cards. I emailed them within literally 2 minutes to inform them that it was a mistake and could they please cancel. Even though I haven't paid them they say the 4 rooms I booked are non refundable. They then continued to try take out copious amounts of money from my bank account ranging from 300 pound to 10 pound but I already had my card frozen as I knew this would happen from the tone I got when dealing with them. They are a bunch of scammers, and extremely rude. Take your business elsewhere and avoid like the plague. A 4 star hotel down the street was cheaper and much more pleasant experience to deal with.

I contacted them 3 times to ask them how to proceed so as not to be charged again and I have no feedback from them. It is unacceptable, they are not serious and not professional. I will not be booking this establishment again. (Original) Le séjour a été annulé suite à la situation COVID19. L'hôtel a proposé de décaler le voyage sans frais pour une autre date en réservant de nouveau dans les 3 mois. Je les ai contacté 3 fois pour leur demander comment procéder pour ne pas être prélevée encore une fois et je n'ai aucun retour de leur part. C'est inadmissible, ils ne sont pas sérieux et pas professionnels. Je ne réserverai pas de nouveau dans cet établissement.

    We cancelled our booking at the beginning of the pandemic due to an inability to travel from Australia to England. As per the conditions of our booking we were eligible for a partial refund. After numerous attempts to make contact they finally responded to say they could not process our refund because the office was closed, even though we had just received junk emails telling us they were still open for business. Then they responded to say they have other bills to pay so they would not pay us any refund! Eventually after much arguing they acknowledged a partial refund was due as per the conditions of our booking (only 30% of a $950 pound booking). 3 months later we have not seen a cent.
