only giving this service 1 star because thats the lowest I can go. Dad has been waiting for an appointment for over a month and to be told 1 hour after you call them to ask where they are, to only be informed that "oh we had to cancel that and reschedule the appointment, which we haven't done yet because the cancellation was never communicated to you" is really disgusting.

I often visit Millbrook for any disability requirements it's and to have my wheelchair assessments done on a regular basis. They are very kind and considerate it is clean and tidy and all social distancing and covid guidelines are met. They are lovely team and very helpful.
