Special thanks to Alan, whose exceptional knowledge of products and stock made the whole experience extremely smooth. Alan communicates warmly and promptly, sorted replacements and order changes at late notice, and gave us time to check we are happy with the products before payment. I phoned and asked about a Saniflo toilet and explained what I wanted. The person I spoke to was helpful and he said it would be a good idea to come down and speak to the sales team. So having driven across London, I met with the least interested person ever to want to sell you something - he just gave me Saniflo's telephone number. What's the point of having a salesperson who clearly does not want to sell you anything?

Found a boiler I wanted. They charged me more than what the website said. Told me they hadn't had time to update website. Poor excuse as should be kept updated. Wouldn't honour website price and basically told me take it or leave. Poor service from a customer point of view. Will never use them again.

After doing loads of research and getting a million quotes from other companies to refurb my bathroom, I discovered this gem of a company which is MDS through word of mouth from a trusted friend. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel so welcome; Alan and I sorted out my bathroom in about half an hour (and I'm picky!) but with his knowledge and expertise I was able to make decisions quickly and have not been disappointed with the result! Amazing showroom and real care with customers. I'm now looking at my next project and I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks to Alan and the team at MDS. 🌟

If I could leave zero stars I would! Dont believe a spare is in stock if the website says so and don't expect to be informed that it isn't. Dont use if you value your reputation as a boiler repairer. Took three chases to get a refund. Poor !!!!
