I am not sure why your new recorded message for holding is stating that you have a zero tolerance to abusive behaviour. It's not a great message to leave. This surgery is becoming quite rude, are they trying to move patients on from their books. Sending out messages about abusing them and the punishment for doing so. What happens if they are abusive towards me. Not feeling comfortable with these people anymore.

I find the surgery to be holding up well despite the effects the current government and the pandemic have had on the NHS. I notice some comments on here about the receptionists, and certainly there were some surly ones in recent years, but the Irish lady who answers the calls for the last few months is great, really friendly and helpful.
