We were offered bottles of water whilst travelling which was great after getting off a flight and through the airport. Excellent communication from start to finish. 100% reliable. I would to say what a fantastic service we experienced from Andy. He was very professional courteous and early. The journey to Manchester Airport and back was relaxed and very smooth. The vehicle was luxury and immaculately clean. Water provided both ways which was a nice touch. All in all a Five Star Service and will definitely use Millard Travel again. Used millard travel for our airport run on 30th sept till 11th October from dudley to Birmingham airport. Paul was on time as what we arranged , excellent communication beforehand lovely comfortable seats , felt very welcoming , Paul's a lovely genuine guy very friendly and bubble person easy to talk to, we all really enjoyed our journey to and from the airport will definitely be using millard travel again for our wedding next Yr , thanks again Paul for taking us xx

I saw Pauls details on facebook when looking for a reliable airport transfer & all the reviews proved to be 100% true!!! Paul is a fantastic guy, so polite & lovely to chat to. We arranged for a 3:30am pick up & Paul arrived dead on time. We had a safe journey & a nice chat & Paul explained about the pick up on our return. On our return Paul was on time waiting for us in the most beautiful car a Mercedes S Class, we felt like royalty, well for the length of the journey any way!!!! His rates are very reasonable & his service is top class. He is down to earth, a real top guy. We more than highly recommend him & will 100% use his company again next time we are away.
