They submitted a basic quote for some internal bi-fold doors as requested, but then ignored numerous requests for some drawings or pictures of what the doors would looks like - quite a reasonable request for a quote in excess of £3k. Finally gave up on them as they obviously didn't want the job, shame they didn't have the professionalism to just say so.
