Hot-tempered and arrogant receptionists. I have had bad experiences with this GP surgery over the years but was never treated like today so I am compelled to leave this review. The receptionists are sitting there acting as if they are doing the world a favor by just answering the phone, their attitude stinks. They ask you "how can I help?" but they don't help. I requested repeat prescriptions over a week ago, I then got a text message saying speak to GP about the meds you need. I have called several times for an appointment but every time these receptionists tell me no GP is available. I tried to explain that I am out of meds and need them urgently, next second they shut the phone on me (I waited 40 minutes for this call). They don't want to listen to anything you have to say. These receptionists are a liability for any health organisation, they are arrogant, rude, and ill-mannered. I just hope that somebody takes notice of their working standard and fire them with immediate effect.

Terrible joined the surgery last year tried to make appointments have tried to get my medication left me 5 months with no meds due to needing a blood test for naproxen and still no reply I have no ohone credit and can't call I have tried I have no meds and no pain relief

Awful service, It has certainly gone down hill. We were given a GP phone appointment after 4 weeks time, But we received no GP calls after 4 weeks. and no one is picking up the phone since the past 2 days!
