Forever Golden Lashes
Please don’t waste your time by eating here. There was a man working there by the name of Victor (I believe he’s the manager) & he was extremely rude to my 3 year old daughter & I. Maybe he was in a bad mood but still, that’s no excuse to speak to your customers. It’s a shame because there was a young woman working there that was lovely. But Victor’s customer service was disgusting & continuously spoke over me. Please, there are plenty of other beefeaters you can eat at. Plus, the food wasn’t great either. DON’T EAT HERE!

Our waiter was a lovely, friendly young lad who was polite and couldn't be more helpful. Eating with an 11 month baby there was a bit of food on the floor after we had eaten. I apologised to another member of staff, a lady with pink hair about it and her reply was " Do you want a dustpan and brush?" I thought she was joking but it was handed to me to tidy up. Spending nearly £100 on a meal I felt humiliated to be on my hands and knees sweeping the floor. Especially when we had to clean the highchair on arrival.

Both had a simple steak with chunky chips, very tasty wouldn't recommend the peppercorn sauce though! Reasonable price for food and booze. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

This was our first time visiting for breakfast. I had all you can eat cooked/cont for £9.99. My wife had the all you can eat cont for £7.99. The food was good and plenty to choose. The waiting for the cooked breakfast was what let the side down. At least 10 mins. So I started on the continental, but luckily I had been entitled to both parts of breakfast selection and not just the cooked, other wise I would have given 1 star less.
