What are the regular worship services and activities offered at your gospel church?
At Mill Green Gospel Hall, we offer regular Sunday worship services that include singing, prayer, and Bible-based teaching. We also have midweek meetings for prayer and Bible study. In addition, we offer various activities for children, youth, and adults, such as vacation Bible school, youth group, and women's ministry.
What are your beliefs on baptism, the Holy Spirit, and speaking in tongues?
As a Gospel church, we believe in baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ. We also believe in the Holy Spirit as a divine person who empowers believers for Christian life and service. While we believe that speaking in tongues is a spiritual gift given by the Holy Spirit, we do not require it as evidence of salvation.
What opportunities do you offer for spiritual growth, such as Bible studies or prayer groups?
We offer various opportunities for spiritual growth, such as Bible studies, prayer groups, and discipleship classes. These are held throughout the week and are designed to help individuals deepen their relationship with God and connect with others in the church community.
How do you serve and support the local community, both within and outside of your church?
At Mill Green Gospel Hall, we believe in serving and supporting our local community both within and outside of the church. We partner with local charities and organizations to provide practical help and support for those in need. We also host community events and activities, such as holiday clubs, community meals, and outreach programs.
What is your policy on membership, and what expectations do you have for members in terms of involvement and commitment to the church?
We welcome anyone who wants to be a part of our church community, regardless of their background or experience. To become a member, individuals need to attend a membership class and be baptized by immersion. We encourage members to be involved in the life of the church by attending services and events, serving in ministry, and contributing their time, talents, and resources to support the church's mission and vision.
