A really good hospital. I would highly recommend this place to any male with mental health issues. The Responsible Clinician, Dr Green, has done more for me in two years than any of the other doctors in other places have done in eight. If I could bring him with me to be my RC in supported living I would. Very good place to live. Highly recommended.

I haven’t actually been in this hospital myself, but I was in a different hospital with a guy who now resides here. Now obviously I’m not going to mention any names or previous placement locations in this post/review. I’ve been discharged and living independently for over two years now but am still in contact with my friend who now lives here. To be honest, I’m not too happy with what he has told me. It seems to me that, in this case at least, that the person in question is being punished for an illness that is currently beyond his control. I obviously can’t go into too much detail here because I don’t want to identify the person in question, but there is no way that a hobby should be taken away from someone for something that isn’t their fault. I wish I could say more but out of respect for this guy I can’t really say more. Needless to say I’m far from happy with what I have heard.

Very poor service, staff and management are incapable of not supporting patients needs and lack of safeguarding to protect innocent people from getting bullied or even physically assaulted. 17/02/2022 In the first government lockdown the management failed to test and quarantine a patient that got infected with COVID-19 when he went to a high-risk area and he also infected other patients. Today, the management have failed again of not testing and quarantine another patient when he went to a high-risk city and the management did not test or quarantine this patient on his return and now he has infected another patient and the management put patients into lockdown and suspended all leaves and including medical leaves which is impacting on other patients and the management are not following the main government guidelines and not allowing uninfected patients out for outdoor exercise or going outside for fresh air and it has been reported that the management are not getting the essential items for patients. This report rating is currently (-1 %) very bad place.
