Really impressed with the service provided by Richard from initial contact all the way through to the installation. Very approachable and professional with various options discussed supported by photos and then regular updates provided again with photos as the shelves were being made. The project was not entirely straightforward as the shelving was on 2 walls of a listed building with strange angles and flint walls to contend with but we are delighted with the outcome and the shelves look beautiful. I commissioned Milkwood to build me a home office. We decided on oak for the desk, bookcase and display cabinet. Despite the problems of Covid every detail was discussed and checked by email. The result is fantastic, the workmanship excellent. I had to wait as Richard is so busy but certainly worth the wait. Would highly recommend Milkwood Service: Custom furniture
