2nd time I've attempted milk and more. 2nd time I've not recieved my order! So that a 100% unsuccessful delivery rate for me. Cheaper and easier to buy from the supermarket. I am looking at an alternative place before giving up on milk deliveries completely

This company has gone right down the pan! I have been using milk and more for quite a while, on and off. Although sometimes my order was incorrect, either missing items or items delivered I hadn't even ordered, at least they delivered on time. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I woke up to find no order had been delivered. I checked my neighbours incase of wrong address but nothing. I called them and according to customer services it had been delivered at 12.30am! I explained I hadn't received nothing. After some discussion they agreed to refund me but who knows how long that's going to take! Funny these companies can take money from your account instantly but getting it back, you have to wait days. I will not be ordering from milk and more again and have already started looking for an alternative company. Lost yet another reliable customer

Scam. I have been deducted money all along but have not received anything from them. They will refund when called but only when called. And only some will be refunded. I have called more than 20 times to adjust all issues. But still no deliveries received at all. Will never trust this company ever again.

Always deliver on time and with the correct order, only problem I had was failure to collect empty juice bottles but that was short lived and probably down to the fact he was a new milkman or temporary replacement who didn’t know to collect them.

Noisy milkman waking everyone up at 1am. Flashing torches through windows and banging vehicles doors banging delivery on doorstep. OK if you want to be woken up every morning in the early hours.
