As a customer, I cannot stress how bad this service is Another Monday, another failed delivery. They refuse to communicate with their customers to give them a heads up that they didn't fulfill their service to you this morning... I suppose that would go a step towards resolving issues, and they dont want to do that.

Utterly appaling!! Deliveries slapdash, in the wrong place, bottles not full, knocked over, damaged, empties not collected. I have reported this 6 times within the last few weeks and no change, in fact it's just got worse. Management is absent and useless when present. Customer support staff talk a good game, but absolutely nothing happens. So far had to put lots of bottles in the recycling because they are simply not collected. Awful!!!

The service to our village has become a joke - we have a WhatsApp Group which has more laughing/weeping emojis on it than you have had hot dinners! On 22nd April your van "ran out of power and had to be recovered". On 25th April there was a "staffing issue". Today, "delivery is not yet complete" - but half the village has milk, and not the other half! It is now 11.16 a.m. Should we send out a search party? Your contact centre was reluctant to tell me where the delivery hub is based! I feel an article in the local press coming on.....
