Great service and the items are amazing. I placed an order from Italy and the items arrived in a couple of days. Packaging was great and the customer service as well. One item was discontinued and Nathalie promptly informed me and provided different options on whether to exchange it with other items or get a refund. Great communications and professionalism. I was told that tax free shopping was available, but after completing the necessary form and getting tax free approval stamped by HM customs, Milk Concept Boutique has given me the run around. I have still not received the expected refund and they are now ignoring my emails. I won’t be shopping here again.
