I made an appointment to collect an item. When I arrived the item given to me was faulty: it is supposed to be a mask to protect eyes from dust but air goes through as the part that should be in contact with the skin has large cut / wholes in it. The owner refused to give a refund and left the goods on the car park... on the tree.
