I have probably ordered maybe 4-5 pairs of surplus trousers from them over the years, they are quite good quality but not cheap at all. I recently ordered a single pair of trousers for about £70 and had the package stolen from my front door when left by RM. customer service so far have waved me off pending an 'investigation'. It's Military1sts legal responsibility to ensure the goods reach my door. Sort it out.

I bought Wiley X glasses from Military 1st yesterday and it was the first time purchasing from them. The glasses were great, but one of the lenses had a manufacturing defect present. I informed the company and Kat, Iwona and Magda were very professional and efficient in having a replacement lense sent out immediately. Fantastic service and it shows that the people behind a company are more important than the product itself. I will be purchasing a lot more from Military 1st going forward.

Bought combats a 46 regular when messaged too say too big was told was 34 leg, I’m a 32/33 leg and these things I’d need too be about 7 feet too fit into them I’m 6 foot, I messaged a agent and when told him he disconnected live chat

Awesome experience with them. I had trepidations at first, I've never heard of them. I really wanted the polish woodland camo for turkey hunting this spring in the northeast US and they said they had it in stock. It came in less than two weeks, it's polish made and on top of it all it's a really high quality bdu set. Way better than the rothco stuff you get here in the USA. I absolutely will be buying more from them, the price was great, quality surprisingly good, and the shipping time was quick!

I would give zero or under zero if it was possible! I do not recommend you to buy from this site! I bought some products but they've were not on my size so I asked for a return. I filled out the form and posted it. When they got them back they didn't pay me back the same amount which I paid it for the items. I sent them an email with this problem and asked why they didn't pay me the whole amount back and they said me that the reason for that was a system problem.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. These people are unprofessional and childish. From their shipping methods to their stupid company EzClear, you have to deal with so much sketchy stuff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. These people are emotionless robots who can barely email back and actually address you issues. Absolute joke and waste of space on this planet. My parcel was missing for a month and despite me emailing them constantly asking what's happening they acted like nothing was wrong till the last second. Ezclear and Military1st should be out of business, you honorless fakes.
