I decided after 44 years since playing tennis at school I wanted to try again. A friend at work recommended Milford on Sea Tennis & Squash Club. So I took the plunge and signed up to the beginners lessons with Caitlin. 2 weeks in and next term booked. Caitlin is absolutely brilliant, she’s not only lovely, she’s calm and patient. You can feel her passion for tennis and the encouragement she gives is amazing. Going to book some one to one sessions with her soon. Highly recommend this club. Everyone I have met has been friendly and approachable. As was nervous to get back into tennis after so many years but so glad I have. Andrea Tubbs

Great courts with competive internal box leagues managed by our coach and teams that play in the Dorset County Squash and Racketball leagues. Open sessions for both sports. Want a friendly welcoming club then come and join us.

Lovely club with 7 artificial grass courts (5 floodlit) and 2 squash courts. As well as tennis and squash it runs bridge, mahjong and table tennis clubs. The coaching is superb and the coaches have great energy and enthusiasm for their sports. The junior tennis starts from 5 years old and runs in accordance with the LTA’s Mini Tennis programme to make the game fun and exciting at all levels. The feel of the club is super friendly and welcoming and try’s to offer something for all ages and abilities.

Lovely well managed members club, great facilities, 7 excellent courts in brilliant condition. A very friendly club with well attended club days and evenings of a good standard and if you have the time many teams and leagues to play in if you want competition. Finally, a great coaching team for juniors and adults. I have been a member now for over 10 years and have not seen better.

The facilities at the Tennis Club are fantastic - not only for tennis players but the club offers Squash/Racketball and Table Tennis too. Coaching is available for all these activities - Table Tennis is growing with a thriving social Thursday evening session as well as coaching on a Monday, Tuesday and Fridays. The club is very friendly so definitely worth joining to play all these sports as well as offering plenty of social activities.

Every person involved in the running of the club from the tennis Coaches to the many volunteers, you will be looked after and enjoy your experience at the club. The tennis coaching programme is going from strength to strength with high quality coaching in both adult and junior programmes.
