Very slow to respond, now still waiting after 2 weeks ,they take 50 % deposit initially ,then advise wait another 30 weeks to install .Show one headstone when giving deposit then one with less shape ( less work ) on second letter having already paid deposit .

I couldn’t recommend Ray and Milestone Memorials enough! It was a huge relief to finally get a headstone for my parents grave and they made the process painless and simple. Ray was meticulous with every detail checking the smallest query to ensure all was correct and quickly too. No long gaps of not hearing from them or any concerns flagged. Ray said once paperwork finished it would take up to 12 weeks and before I knew it AND before balance paid , I had a photo sent of the headstone in situ! It made my day! I am so glad I chose Ray at Frensham Drive as that was where we lived from late ‘50’s and Mum still lived until she died 10 years after Dad. Thankyou again Ray and Milestone Memorials!

Ray and his colleagues dealt with my family’s grave which had grown into disrepair over the years. I was doing all my contact with Ray and team from Portugal, but this seemed no problem for any of us. We were sent regular photos of progress. The prices they quoted were clear and acceptable to us including their annual maintenance fee, which will hopefully help keep the grave in its now pristine condition. Can not recommend them highly enough.

My mother died in 1972 and I went into Milestone Memorials, which is based within a few minutes of the exit to Putney Vale Cemetery, to arrange to have the headstone cleaned. After discussing the issue with Ray in the office, I decided to renew it. The advice and the service was excellent. They looked after all the administration with the cemetery and suggested what I consider to be the perfect headstone for my mother and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
