Have spent the last 10 weeks constantly asking this company for 2 invoices to form a service history, but clearly customer service is low on the list of priorities for this company. After over 30 SMS requests and 4 email requests I have come to the conclusion that these receipts will not be provided for the work carried out. It is bizarre that somebody can just ignore requests for three months! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Miles is very trustworthy and professional. He is reliable and punctual, it's so important for me as I work full time. He diagnosed the problem with my car within minutes of arriving , discuss it with me, went to get the parts and carried out the repair all in 1.5 hours!! He is fair and transparent about pricing too. I will definitely take my car for serving and MOT at MMM.

It is not a spam. I was a client of yours back in February, i booked through ClickMechanics Miles came and serviced the car, all good and that. However i requested invoice time and time ,even though Miles agreed he would email the invoice, nothing came out of it. Hens my 1* review.
