After a breakdown on the A500, and not knowing the area, at 7.30ish i called my recovery people, they sent out Miles Green Garages. Craig was fantastic, put me at ease straight away and done a very professional job. Just what you need when your in a panic. My Guardian Angel that night. Thank you so much. I had my car towed by Craig - he was incredible. Having never been in a breakdown situation before, he was so kind and reassuring on the phone, helped me figure out where I was and came in record time. He made sure I was okay and prioritised safety. Did a very thorough check and secured my car. He was kind enough to take me where I needed to go and even went fully out of his way to help me with my things and walk me safely. He really went above and beyond and was so incredibly kind and reassuring - I’m deeply grateful and will never forget how such a scary situation can be so quickly changed with the kindness and professionalism of a very competent and empathetic individual. Annoyingly for me my gearbox stopped working 3hrs away from home so I called my breakdown recovery. Within no time at all Craig came out to look at my van and within 40 minutes had fixed it!!
