Bought two security products for my £70 k motorhone nearly two years apart both have same keys . They say this has never happened but what a coincidence it has to me . No faith that more people might have a key that can unlock these devices E mailed milenco again with my concern no reply. I guess I will have to buy a different product to ensure my van is secure. Poor customer service !!!!

Terrible customer service. The paddock to the motor bike chain broke after 30 hours of use. At first they agreed to post a replacement right away but then revoked it saying they will post it out as soon as they get this one back. I can't wait that long. So I've gone back to the seller and got a full £354 refund.

I did not use the business directly but purchased a low-wattage camping kettle at an outdoor motor-home show. The box states that the item was imported and distributed by Milenco. Upon using it I find that despite several times of washing and boiling water in it, there is an awful smell and taste. It is clean water that I use from the tap at home. I contacted the company this morning and they refuse to take any responsibility. Extremely poor customer service.

I have recently purchased a Milenco ground anchor for my motorbike. I have been installing it slowly by drilling a pilot hole and then gradually enlarging the hole with larger drills and then vacuuming the holes out and trying the bolts supplied. The retaining clips on the bolts protrude too far so when I inserted one of the bolts it caught on the edge and when I extracted it, it fell apart. I contacted Milenco, explained the problem and another bolt was sent out straightaway. Fantastic customer service with an understanding of the problem. Great customer service gives confidence in the product which I will review when fully fitted.

bought a Milenco wraith which looks a good piece of kit but the barrel in the lock was the wrong one (they do tell you to check before ordering and we didn't )they changed it without fuss and quickly, great stuff, good customer service on the phone too .
