Booked my van in here 3 weeks ago for wheel alignment and front wheels to be balanced, turned up today as promised to have the work done, my van sat there all day and they didn’t bother to do the alignment. How can you even treat a customer like that? Wheel alignment takes 10 mins. I booked 3 weeks ago in good faith and these guys act like it’s me who’s the problem, they were blunt. Unapologetic. Couldn’t care less. I was a new customer with a Citroen relay and also own a fleet of 6 vans. Their loss. I don’t recommend these guys. Especially after wasting all these weeks making me wait for a basic request. Service: Steering & suspension repair
